<正>碎裂QRS波(fragmentedQRS complex,fQRS)是新近提出的无创心电学指标,其机制可能是心肌瘢痕组织形成所致的传导延迟或异常,常见于冠心病,尤其是心肌梗死患者,也可见于心肌病、风心病、先心病和心脏外科术后患者。国外曾有学者报道,心梗患者12导联体表心电图中,碎裂QRS波与病理性Q波相
