人与组织匹配研究进展及其意义

摘要
人与组织匹配研究对于个体和组织变量都有非常重要的意义 ,本文简要介绍了人与组织匹配研究领域中存在的多种概念形式以及匹配的整合模型 ,比较了匹配的直接测量与间接测量之间的差异以及测量中应该注意的一些问题。文章最后提出了人与组织匹配研究的意义和启示
