电针治疗膝骨关节炎的基础研究进展

摘要
中国膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)整体患病率为8.1%,60岁以上人群高达49%。KOA可由创伤、炎症、退行性病变等多种因素引起,目前尚无修复关节损伤的有效方法。临床治疗的首要目标在于阻止疾病进展、缓解疼痛、保护关节功能并改善患者生活质量。目前电针已广泛应用于KOA的临床治疗,并取得较好疗效,然而其作用机制仍不清楚,具体治疗措施缺乏标准。而用于基础研究的动物模型与电针治疗方法种类繁复,难以综合进行客观评价,影响了机制的深入研究,对于临床实践的支撑作用很弱。该文从KOA模型构建、电针治疗策略和治疗机制3个方面对电针治疗KOA实验研究进行综述,为研究者在动物模型、电针策略选择和机制研究方面提供参考。
