<正> Shepard等首次报道马铃薯(Solanum tuberosum L.)叶肉原生质体再生植株以来,已有80多个品种(品系)从不同来源的原生质体再生了植株。其中某些品种的叶肉原生质体再生植株出现广泛的表现型变异。在染色体的数目、倍性水平、组型和结构上也有变化。本文叙述从我国马铃薯栽培品种(小叶子×多子白)叶肉原生质体
