创伤弧菌致病机制研究进展

摘要
创伤弧菌是一种生活在海水或海产品中的革兰阴性弧菌,具有机会致病性。近年来随着气候转暖,创伤弧菌感染病例数逐年增加。创伤弧菌感染病程进展快,可发展为脓毒症甚至多器官功能障碍综合征,死亡率高。笔者对近年来创伤弧菌相关致病因子及可能机制的研究作一综述,为有效防治创伤弧菌感染和寻找可能的治疗靶点提供帮助。
