摘要：

我国儿童铁缺乏症(ID)和缺铁性贫血(IDA)发病率较高,但相关防治工作仍显滞后。文章在结合近年相关文献和儿科血液学组于近期推荐的《儿童缺铁和缺铁性贫血防治建议》基础上,简要归纳儿童ID和IDA的防治意义和经验方法。
