摘要
作者在广东对10家宾馆进行了一次实证研究,探讨宾馆薪酬管理公平性、员工的薪酬比较结果对员工的薪酬满意感的影响。数据分析结果表明:薪酬管理公平性是影响员工的薪酬满意感的重要因素;员工的薪酬比较结果对他们的薪酬满意感有显著的影响。
