脑康Ⅱ号对糖尿病认知障碍大鼠血清甲基乙二醛的影响

摘要
目的观察脑康Ⅱ号对糖尿病大鼠学习记忆功能的干预情况,探讨其作用机制。方法采用链脲佐菌素腹腔注射造模,随机分为模型组及脑康Ⅱ号大、中、小剂量组,另取10只作为对照组。造模后第2日给药组使用脑康Ⅱ号对糖尿病大鼠进行干预,持续3 d。采用水迷宫实验和气相色谱-质谱联用仪,分别观察糖尿病大鼠的行为学改变和血清甲基乙二醛的变化。结果脑康Ⅱ号能够显著缩短大鼠Morris水迷宫到达站台时间,并降低大鼠血清甲基乙二醛的水平。结论脑康Ⅱ号能够通过降低大鼠血清甲基乙二醛的水平,改善糖尿病大鼠认知障碍。
