<正>早在1877年Jean-Martin Charcot就已描述帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)患者存在认知和性格改变,但是直到20世纪60年代帕金森病痴呆(Parkinson's diseasedementia,PDD)才引起学者们的广泛关注。据统计,PD患者中PDD的发生率为24%～31%,有70%～80%的PD
