<正>冷战结束后,欧美关系一直处于调整中。20世纪90年代,欧美延续了以安全为核心的合作。进入21世纪后,欧美在保持良好合作关系的同时,在导弹防御、《京都议定书》、国际刑事法院、伊拉克战争等重大问题上,出现了严重分歧。2008年金融危机之后,欧美关系又出现了一些新的动向。特别是2013年以来,欧美启动"跨大西洋贸易与投资伙伴关系协定"(TTIP)谈判,欧美关系再次成为
