摘要：

就国内"技术换市场"战略进行了分析,提出通过技术引进无法提高我国企业技术创新能力的观点,认为要在引进技术的基础上提高企业的技术创新能力,必须缩短自主创新的时滞,即提高自主创新的速度。战略导向是影响技术创新速度的重要因素,通过问卷调研验证了战略导向因素和技术创新速度之间的关系,并针对实证结果提出了通过改进战略导向行为提高技术创新速度的相应对策。
