局限期小细胞肺癌治疗进展

摘要：

肺癌的发病率和死亡率居恶性肿瘤之首,其中小细胞肺癌恶性程度高,发展迅速易转移,而小细胞肺癌患者中,约有30%属于局限期,不当的治疗常使这些患者迅速发展至广泛期,并发骨、肝、脑等多脏器转移而导致患者死亡,选择最有效的药物和最佳的治疗方案能使局限期患者获得较高的长期生存率。作者就近年关于局限期小细胞肺癌治疗方面的文献予以综述,并整理分析发现对于局限期小细胞肺癌患者宜采用同步放化疗的治疗模式,化疗以4～6个疗程的依托泊苷联合顺铂方案为标准方案,放射治疗推荐超分割放疗。
