重复经颅磁刺激在脑卒中康复中的临床应用与作用机制的研究进展

摘要
<正>我国是全球脑卒中负担最重的国家,每年新增病例约240万例,与脑卒中相关的死亡人数为110万[1],大约70%为缺血性脑卒中。对于脑卒中发病后可能引起的功能障碍,临床上推荐尽早使用言语治疗、物理治疗、作业治疗和其他康复技术来促进功能恢复。其中,重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,rTMS)作为一种新型神经调控技术,可特异性调节刺激脑区的神经兴奋性,且具有非侵入性、易操作性等特点,因而有助于为脑卒中康复治疗提供更加精确的脑区调控及预后评估手段。
