儿童照料方式对中国城镇女性劳动参与率的影响

摘要：

由于祖父母在儿童照料中的作用,延迟退休和全面二孩政策在实施上存在冲突。本文使用中国营养健康调查(CHNS)1991—2011年数据,研究祖父母和正规儿童照料对0—6岁儿童母亲劳动参与率的影响。通过两阶段残差回归法(2SRI)发现,祖父母参与儿童照料对女性劳动参与率的影响要大于正规儿童照料,家中有一个健康的奶奶是祖父母参与儿童照料的重要决定因素。结果表明,祖父母特别是祖母,在维持母亲劳动参与率方面发挥着重要作用。
