<正>随着人口老龄化的进展,骨性关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)已成为危害老年人身心健康的主要疾病。OA的发病率在老年人中很高,据报道65岁以上人群中,男性有10%、女性有21%患有膝或髋关节OA。膝关节骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)是以关节软骨退变为主要病理特征的慢性骨关节疾病,
