乙醇毒性对胚胎大鼠听觉事件相关电位的影响

摘要
目的 以胚胎期的乙醇毒性幼鼠为动物模型 ,测试不同剂量下听觉事件相关电位(auditoryevent relatedpotential,AERP) ,探讨乙醇毒性对听觉中枢发育过程中感知功能的影响。方法 在母鼠交配后的第 8 5天起经灌胃途径给予母鼠 75 %的分析纯乙醇 ,分为高、中、低剂量 3组 ,分别给予 2 0、1 0和 0 1g·kg-1·d-1,总给药天数均为 6d。在幼鼠出生后 30~ 4 0d ,于麻醉状态下以被动模式进行AERP的测试。选择天龄相当的正常幼鼠作为正常对照组进行比较。结果 低剂量的乙醇对AERP无明显的影响 ;而中、高剂量的乙醇则对AERP有一定的影响 ,且存在着量 效关系 ,表现为测出率降低或反应消失、潜伏期延长、幅值降低和波形不规则 ,尤以短潜伏期的波为明显。结论 乙醇对胚胎期大鼠的听觉中枢发育有明显的毒性作用 ,且存在着量 效关系 ,反映了AERP的反应性与听中枢的功能状况有直接的关系
