团队集体效能感与团队绩效:团队沟通的调节作用

摘要
构建团队沟通对团队集体效能感和团队绩效之间调节作用的理论模型,将团队沟通划分为3个维度,分别为沟通频率、反馈程度和学习程度。以高校知识型团队为研究对象的实证研究结果显示,团队集体效能感对团队绩效具有正向影响作用;沟通频率、反馈程度对团队集体效能感具有调节作用;学习程度不具有调节作用。
