摘要：

酒精性肝病(ALD)是临床上最常见的慢性肝脏疾病之一,其发病机制复杂。遗传因素在ALD的发病中具有重要作用,可能是潜在的ALD治疗靶点。综述了近年来与ALD相关的遗传易感基因,探索这些基因在ALD发生发展中的作用机制,可为临床有效评估、诊断以及防治ALD提供理论依据。
