NRS2002对胃肠肿瘤患者的营养风险与营养支持调查分析

摘要
通过对胃肠肿瘤患者进行营养风险的筛查,探讨胃癌肿瘤患者的营养状况。应用NRS2002营养风险筛查方法进行风险筛查,在患者就诊住院24 h内向患者询问病史,并填写营养风险筛查表并检查患者血清总蛋白、白蛋白含量。在患者住院第二天对患者进行BMI测定,并按照规范流程使用超声波身高体重测定仪计算患者BMI值。跟踪记录患者出院后的营养状况及并发症的发生情况。研究结果提示对胃肠肿瘤患者进行NRS2002并尽早进行营养支持,可以减少并发症的发生,有助于患者病情控制。
