心绞痛患者血浆N-proBNP水平的变化及其临床意义

摘要：

目的　观察心绞痛患者血浆N proBNP(N terminalpro B typenatriureticpeptide)浓度的改变并探讨其临床意义。方法　观察对象 70例分为三组 :不稳定性心绞痛组 34例 ,稳定性心绞痛组16例 ,正常对照组 2 0例。用放射免疫法测定血浆N proBNP浓度并行超声心动图检查评价室壁运动和心功能。结果　 ( 1)不稳定性心绞痛患者的血浆N proBNP水平明显高于稳定性心绞痛和对照组 ,P <0 0 1;而稳定性心绞痛的患者与对照组之间无统计学差异 ,P >0 0 5。 ( 2 )在不稳定性心绞痛的患者中 ,左室射血分数 (LVEF)与血浆N proBNP水平呈明显负相关 ,r =- 0 5 89,P <0 0 1;LVEF减低(LVEF <5 0 % )的患者血浆N proBNP水平明显高于LVEF正常 (LVEF≥ 5 0 % )的患者 ,P <0 0 1。在LVEF正常的患者中 ,不稳定性心绞痛患者的血浆N proBNP水平仍明显高于稳定性心绞痛的患者 ,P <0 0 1。结论　血浆N proBNP浓度在不稳定性心绞痛的患者中明显升高 ,且升高水平与LVEF异常明显相关
