聚合酶链反应检测带状疱疹皮损治愈前后水痘-带状疱疹病毒DNA

摘要：

我们用聚合酶链反应检测16例带状疱疹水疱和治愈后皮肤中水痘-带状疱疹病毒(VZV)。在16例所有水疱损害中均可检测到385bp的VZV DNA片断。6例痊愈2个月内活检组织中2例(33.3%)检测到VZV DNA。10例超过2个月的临床治愈皮损内均未检测到VZV DNA。VZV可在带状疱疹治愈皮损中短期存在。
