摘要：

随着知识相对于其它生产要素的地位的提升 ,智力资本也成为学者关注的对象。现代企业 (特别是高技术企业 )的市场价值与账面价值相差悬殊 ,有形资产投资与财务业绩之间的相关性越来越小 ,这些现象使得智力资本这一价值驱动因素日益凸现出来。本文对公司层次上的智力资本进行了界定 ,并介绍了三种评估智力资本的方法 ,即市场价值与账面价值比较法、托宾q法和智力资本报算法。运用这些方法我们可以对一家公司的智力资本进行大致的评估 ,为公司智力资本的管理和投资提供依据。如何在智力资本投资和公司业绩之间建立联系以及怎样利用其中的联系增加公司的价值是今后研究的重点
