<正>炎性机制在动脉粥样硬化中起核心作用,各种炎性因子的活化可引起炎性细胞的募集,从而最终导致动脉粥样硬化斑块形成[1]。传统观点认为,内皮损伤是动脉粥样硬化的始动环节。最近研究发现,胆固醇结晶在动脉病变早期即已出现,几乎与炎性细胞的聚集同时出现。内皮细胞和巨噬细胞
