降压联合他汀——高血压药物治疗的新策略

摘要：

高血压是心血管系统的常见疾病之一,是冠心病、心力衰竭、慢性肾功能不全、脑卒中等心脑肾疾病的主要危险因素之一。近年研究发现在高血压患者合并血脂正常或轻度异常中,在降压的基础上联合他汀治疗能使血压更易控制,降低心脑血管疾病风险,提示他汀类药物可能具有独立于降脂外的降压作用,现将近年相关研究进展综述如下。
