摘要：

<正>全世界每年大概有300 000多病人接受盆腔放射治疗[1]。尽管放射治疗技术在不断提高,不良反应仍然很常见。宫颈,子宫,直肠癌放疗后发生膀胱和直肠并发症的几率大概是5%15%[2]。放射治疗在根治老年局限期前列腺癌方面应用也很广泛,多个随机对照试验证实,提高放疗剂量对疾病无进展生存期提高的同时,也增加了肠道毒性的风险性[3-4]。放射性肠
