浅谈对癫痫患者撤药的认识

摘要：

癫痫是一种常见的神经系统疾病, 抗癫痫药物是治疗癫痫的主要手段。然而, 对于癫痫患者的撤药时机目前尚无定论。近年来一些大型前瞻性研究对癫痫患者撤药进行了评估和分析, 提出一些指导意见。文中着重谈谈影响癫痫患者撤药预后的因素以及对撤药时机的选择, 希望能提高对癫痫患者撤药的认识, 指导临床实践。
