摘要：

<正>车祸、坠落伤等高能量损伤常造成SchatzkerⅣ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折,多伴有严重的软组织损伤及膝关节不稳定[1]。与摔伤等低能量损伤所致的SchatzkerⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型胫骨平台骨折经早期手术内固定后多可获得良好的疗效不同,早期切开复位内固定治疗高能量胫骨平台骨折术后感染率高、预后差[2]。因
