经皮内窥镜激光椎间盘纤维环成型术治疗腰椎间盘突出症

摘要
目的:探讨经皮内窥镜激光椎间盘纤维环成型术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:回顾性研究1999年1月至2005年5月,包容的较小和中等大小的腰椎间盘突出症病例1259例,全部为局麻经皮后外侧入路内窥镜激光椎间盘纤维环成型术患者,男772例,女487例,年龄17~88岁,平均39.8岁。结果:随访6~71个月,平均44.4个月,住院时间平均1.1d。临床结果以MacNab标准评定,优542例(43.1%),良625例(49.6%),可14例(1.1%),差78例(6.2%),成功率(优+良)92.7%。并发症73例:一过性感觉减退49例(3.9%),一过性感觉麻木13例(1.0%),一过性肌力降低11例(0.9%)。差的病例全部作了翻修手术。结论:包容的较小和中等大小的腰椎间盘突出可以采用经皮内窥镜激光椎间盘纤维环成型术微创的方法有效治疗。
