多重网络嵌入下企业探索式创新影响机制研究

摘要：

企业创新行为嵌入在知识网络与合作网络的多重网络结构中。基于复杂网络角度进行多重网络解耦研究,利用我国海洋工程装备产业322家企业在1985-2017年间在的专利数据,构建实证模型,探讨企业知识网络与合作网络的结构属性对其探索式创新的影响,并分析合作网络结构洞、中心性对企业知识网络结构属性与探索式创新关系的调节作用。研究表明,企业知识网络与和合作网络中心性都对探索式创新呈倒U型影响,企业知识网络结构洞与合作网络结构洞均对其探索式创新具有正向影响;合作网络结构洞强化了知识网络结构洞对探索式创新的正向影响,弱化了知识网络中心性与企业探索式创新间的倒U关系;而合作网络度中心性弱化了知识网络结构洞对探索式创新的正向影响,对知识网络中心性与企业探索式创新间倒U关系的调节作用不显著。
