摘要：

水通道蛋白4(aquaporin 4,AQP4)在胃肠道分布广泛,在胃肠道正常生理功能的发挥中起着重要作用。AQP4与某些胃肠道疾病如腹泻、便秘、慢性浅表性胃炎、胃癌等密切相关。众多学者运用AQP4研究成果在中医药领域开展了系列研究,取得一定进展。将AQP4与胃肠疾病的相关性研究做一综述,以期为正确认识和治疗胃肠疾病提供新的思路和方法。
