摘要：

<正>帕金森病（PD）是一种常见的慢性退行性疾病,黑质致密部多巴胺神经元变性、丢失及路易小体形成是其主要病理机制,临床主要表现为震颤、强直、运动迟缓和肌张力障碍。此外,还会出现非运动症状（NMS）,包括抑郁、焦虑、睡眠障碍、行为和认知的变化[1]。帕金森病伴抑郁（PDD）是常见的非运动症状之一,但由于对抑郁的诊断标准、观察人群等不同,其患病率并不确定,研究显示波动于4%90%[2],重度抑郁为40%50%[3]。抑郁症状对
