选择性膈下动脉造影对肝癌的诊疗价值

摘要：

笔者通过选择性膈下动脉(以下称IPA)造影、腹腔动脉造影及CT的对照分析,证实肝癌除了主要由肝动脉供血外,右后叶、左外叶肝癌的部分瘤体尚从IPA获得血供,并应用双动脉(肝动脉与IPA)灌注与栓塞疗法获得初步成功。
