多花黄精“九蒸九制”后化学成分及生物活性研究

摘要：

利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、中压液相色谱、高效液相色谱等色谱技术对九蒸九制后的多花黄精进行分离纯化,并运用现在波谱技术(ESI-MS,1H NMR,13C NMR)进行结构鉴定.从组分一中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为交链孢酚(1)、环(L-亮-L-异亮)二肽(2)、5,7-二羟基-6,8-二甲基-3-(4'-羟基苯基)chroman-4-酮(3)、5,7-二羟基-6-甲基-8-甲氧基-3-(4'-羟基苯基)chroman-4-酮(4)、3-(9,12-十八碳二烯酰基)甘油(5)、1,4-二呋喃基-2,3-二羟基-1,4-丁二酮(6)、5-羟甲基糠醛(7)、8-羟基色原酮(8).体外活性测试结果显示:化合物6具有一定的抗炎活性,抑制率为4.84%,IC50值为35.4μmol/L(对照品为57.8%,IC50值为26.4),但化合物6没有明显的体外胰脂肪酶抑制活性.
