冠状动脉分叉病变是冠心病介入治疗领域颇具挑战性的病变类型,尚无一种可适用于所有分叉病变的手术方法。目前,单支架技术成为默认的首选术式,但有时双支架技术也是不可避免的,应根据病变的具体解剖特征进行手术方式的选择。
