破骨细胞参与调控骨髓造血微环境

摘要
骨髓造血微环境存在于全身骨骼的骨髓腔内,是机体造血以及免疫细胞发育的场所。骨髓造血微环境中的破骨细胞由造血干细胞分化发育而来,在骨重塑中发挥重要作用。近年来的研究表明,破骨细胞与微环境稳定、应激时造血干祖细胞动员及骨免疫密切相关。深入探究破骨细胞与骨髓造血微环境中其它细胞的相互关系,有利于寻找造血、骨免疫疾病和肿瘤等方面新的治疗策略。本文就破骨细胞的发育来源与鉴定、破骨细胞与造血干细胞动员的调节及破骨细胞与骨免疫进行综述。
