血清PG及IL-8联合检测对慢性胃炎患者胃黏膜损伤程度的评估价值

摘要：

目的探讨血清胃蛋白酶原(PG)及白细胞介素8(IL-8)联合检测对慢性胃炎患者胃黏膜损伤程度的评估价值。方法 228例慢性胃炎患者,内镜下取胃黏膜组织做病理检查,采用萎缩(OLGA)分级及肠化生(OLGIM)分期对胃黏膜损伤程度进行评价。检测患者血清PGⅠ、Ⅱ及IL-8,计算PGⅠ/PGⅡ(PGR)。分析PGR、IL-8联合检测对慢性胃炎患者胃黏膜损伤程度的评估价值。结果 228例慢性胃炎患者经病理检查诊断为肠化生128例。血清PGⅠ水平、PGR值随OLGA分级升高而逐渐降低,血清PGⅡ、IL-8水平随OLGA分级升高逐渐升高(P均<0. 05)。血清PGⅠ水平、PGR值随OLGIM分期增加而逐渐降低,血清PGⅡ、IL-8水平随OLGA分期增加逐渐升高(P均<0. 05)。228例患者经PGR与IL-8联合检测诊断为肠化生90例,其中80例与病理检查诊断相符。PGR与IL-8联合检测对慢性胃炎OLGIM分期诊断的效能优于二者单独检测(P均<0. 05)。结论血清PG及IL-8联合检测对评估慢性胃炎患者胃黏膜损伤程度有一定价值。
