摘要：

随着高分辨影像学检查手段的普遍应用,过去偶然发现的孤立性肺结节(Solitary pulmonary nodule,SPN)变得越来越常见。早期对SPN的良恶性鉴别显得十分棘手。对于SPN中的恶性肿瘤患者我们需要早期诊断、早期治疗;而对于良性病变的患者我们要尽可能地减少有创操作,以较小的风险获得最大的临床收益。本文致力于为临床治疗SPN患者提供风险分级、检查手段、诊断和治疗方面的参考总结。
