摘要：

In our country,Huge international floating capital inflow has happened in recent years that produces uncertain exterior impact on macroeconomic.This kind of uncertain exterior impact manifests evidently in both nominal variable and fact variable.Eliminating anticipation of RMB upvaluation can not solve question fundamentally.Only reforming exchange rate can do it.
