摘要
骨质疏松症是一种全身代谢性骨病,以骨量减少、骨密度降低、骨组织微结构发生改变,导致骨骼脆性和骨折危险增高的全身性骨骼疾病。骨骼是一个动力器官,具有支持、保护、储存代谢因子,为肌腱和韧带提供起止点等多种功能。骨质不断循环,成骨细胞与破骨细胞介导进行骨形成与骨吸收,维持骨量动态稳定。近年来检测血、尿骨转换生物标志物已趋于成熟,本文对主要骨转换生物标志物及其临床应用进行综述,以达到更早、更准确发现骨代谢异常,对预防骨质疏松起到指导作用。
