摘要：

脑钠肽(BNP)是一种由心脏分泌的神经内分泌激素,最早被发现在心室壁压力增加时大量分泌,因而在诊断治疗心衰、判断心衰患者预后中广泛被应用。近来的研究认为BNP在冠心病领域中也有重大的应用意义。在血液中检测BNP水平的变化能独立、有效、敏感地判断ACS(急性冠脉综合征)患者短期和长期的预后,并且能指导治疗方法的选择,判断疗效。NT-pro-BNP(N末端脑钠肽前体)与BNP有相似的生理功能,但前者较后者在临床应用中更具有优点,因而逐渐取代后者。
