摘要：

本文介绍了凝血酶的结构、其在中枢神经系统产生和代谢特征、在脑出血(ICH)后神经损伤中的重要作用及可能机制。提出抗凝血酶毒性治疗的可能策略:内源性凝血酶抑制剂、外源性凝血酶抑制剂、单克隆和多克隆抗体阻断凝血酶受体(PARs)及阻断PARs下游的信号转导。随着凝血酶在ICH后作用研究的深入,抗凝血酶治疗可能是防治出血性脑损伤最有希望的措施之一。
