开口双圆弧罩盖减少雾滴飘失效果的CFD模拟

利用 Fluent软件模拟分析开口双圆弧罩盖喷雾的雾滴飘失 ,并与常规无罩盖喷雾进行比较。在模拟的 6种风速 (1.4 m / s、2 m / s、3m / s、4 m / s、5 m / s和 6 m / s)下 ,开口罩盖减少雾滴飘失的效果分别为 :15 .5 6 %、2 2 .90 %、2 4 .39%、2 1.71%、2 5 .6 6 %和 2 4 .14 %。
