摘要
无复流现象是指血管无机械性梗阻证据,而冠状动脉循环所支配的节段心肌灌注不足的现象。无复流现象可能有多种机制参与,包括腺苷、尼卡地平、维拉帕米、硝普钠、内皮素受体拮抗剂和GPⅡb/Ⅲa受体拮抗剂等一些药物的辅助治疗已被发现能减少无复流的发生,现就无复流现象的药物防治进展做一综述。
