团队交互记忆系统对群体智力的影响

摘要：

团队交互记忆系统是影响团队知识分享与群体智力的重要因素。本文通过58个工作团队310名成员的调查,检验了交互记忆系统的三维模型与群体智力的四维结构,分析了交互记忆与群体智力中自组织性、稳健性、灵活性和规则有效性的关系,并通过结构方程建模验证了交互记忆系统与群体智力的关系模型,团队交互记忆系统对群体智力发展具有重要影响。研究结论对深入理解团队学习和知识管理机制具有重要理论意义。
