知识产权风险对研发联盟稳定性的影响——基于知识特性的解释

摘要：

运用"物理—事理—人理"的系统方法论(即WSR整合系统方法论),将研发联盟稳定性分为资源整合有效度、协调管理有序度、关系相处亲密度三个层面,基于知识特性的角度,本文认为知识特性的内隐性、复杂性、系统性三个方面引发的知识产权风险会影响研发联盟的稳定性,并对其影响机理进行了分析。最后,通过实证分析检验所获得的研究结论。
