摘要
消费者行为倾向的前因研究一直都是西方消费行为研究中非常活跃的领域。在几十年的发展过程中,消费者行为倾向前因研究的范围不断扩大,数量也在不断增多。本文考察了西方消费者行为倾向前因研究的发展趋势,对比了两大主要流派,即满意流派与价值流派,分析了不同研究结果差异的原因,并展望了未来的研究。
