摘要：

<正>缺血性卒中是指各种原因引起的脑血液供应障碍,使局部脑组织发生不可逆性损伤,导致脑组织缺血、缺氧性坏死。其急性期的时间划分尚不统一,一般指发病后2周内[1]。循证医学证据表明,早期静脉溶栓是比较有效的治疗方法之一,有助于恢复缺血半暗带区供血、挽救神经功能,改善患者的预后[2]。然而静脉溶栓治疗受严格的时间限制(3～4.5 h),对于急性缺血性卒中(acute ischemic stroke,
