交感神经活性对血液透析患者高血压的作用

摘要
目的 研究以血浆肾上腺素和去甲肾上腺素为代表的交感神经系统在血液透析患者高血压发病中的作用。方法 选取12例血液透析高血压患者,6例男性、6例女性,年龄30~60岁,作为高血压组。12例血压正常的血液透析患者。作为对照组。每例患者分别于透析前后采集血液标本检测血浆肾上腺素和去甲肾上腺素含量。同时记录每例患者透析前后平均动脉压(MAP)。结果 高血压组的平均动脉压透析前后无改变。高血压组的血浆去甲肾上腺素水平高于对照组,血液透析后无明显变化。血浆肾上腺素—去甲肾上腺素水平与MAP或透析间期体重增加无相关关系。结论 以儿茶酚胺含量变化表示的交感神经活性参于血液透析患者的高血压的发生。
