摘要：

报告36例69只先天性感音聋耳的CT所见,多数可见耳蜗、前庭、半规管、前庭导水管或内耳道畸形,表现为变形、扩大、缩短或未发育。高分辨力 CT 弥补了多轨迹体层摄影的不足。经与30例60只正常耳的 CT 表现比较,提出了本病放射诊断的标准。
