摘要：

围绝经期综合征指妇女绝经前后由于性激素减少所致的一系列躯体及精神心理症状,也是许多老年性退化性疾病的萌芽阶段,给社会和家庭带来沉重的负担,对围绝经期综合征发病机制及治疗的研究成为当代医学研究热点,因此建立客观的动物模型对于探讨药物作用机理、评价药物疗效有着重要意义。
